Look at your foot. Now look at the 3rd Foot Cane foot. They both have the same proportions and can maintain balance, upright posture, stability and the body's alignment without extending your arm and leaning on a cane handle.
Traditional single tip, 3 tip, and 4 tip cane feet aren't proportioned to move and maintain balance, stability or upright posture and your body's alignment. They force you to extend your arm away from your body to maintain balance making you look older and feel older.
How To Use The Cane Handle
How To Use
Keep the 3rd Foot Cane and cane foot on the outside of your leg when walking not ahead of it like a traditional cane. Walk with your arm and hand next to your side like in the customer and How To videos. The 3rd Foot Cane foot is proportioned to move, pivot and maintain balance from the back of the cane foot to the front of the cane foot like a foot.
Adjust the 3rd Foot Cane to leg height or slightly higher like in the How To & Customer videos or you won't feel stable. Your weight should be evenly distributed between the cane foot and your feet without leaning forward or towards the cane when the cane is adjusted correctly.
When the back or front of your foot contacts the ground let the back or the front of the cane foot contact the ground with it at the same time.
Wrap your index finger around the front of the cane shaft. Place your thumb across the top of the cane handle or around the front of the cane shaft like in the photo.

How Not To Use!
Hold the entire cane handle and not just the back of the cane handle. Place your arm and hand next to your side when walking and not ahead of it.
Place your index finger around the front of the cane shaft and your thumb across the top of the cane handle or around the front of the cane shaft like in the How To Use & customer videos or the photo below.
Use the entire cane foot from back to front like a foot and not just the front of the cane foot like in the photo.
